GS-A05 addition silicone rubber
GS-A05 addition silicone rubber is flowable 2 Component liquid Silicone rubber.It is flexible ,extremely softer ,translucent,no smell,non-toxic,food & medical grade material.The mixing ratio is 1:1/10:1 .It will be cured by addition reaction at room temperature after mixed part A&part B. It can be cured very fast by heating ,it can resist high temperature (240 ℃) .

(Note:hardness,color,viscosity,pot life&curing time is adjustable)
Using instructions:
1. Weigh the silicone rubber, the same weight for part A and part B as mix ratio of 1:1.
2. Stiring the two parts evenly (If you’d like add pigment ,pls add pigment into part A first ,then mix part A with part B.
3. Move the silicone rubber into vacuum pumping to release the air &bubble .
4. Pouring the silicone rubber into your produce or mold.You can demould it after it is cured
Fully.
5. The operation time will be 30~45 mins ,the fully curing time is 3~4 hrs at room temperature.
6. You can cure the silicone rubber by heating if you want to decrease the curing time.
7. You can spray some release agent on the surface of your product or mold ,if it is hard to demould after cured.(Normal release agent can be soap water ,vanseline,wax,etc...
Notice :
Pls kindly avoid to mix with the material as below. As this model is platinum cure silicone ,if it mixed with the below material ,it may cause that the silicone rubber will be not cured or it will be uncured fully. So, if your tools has used for condensation silicone , pls do remember thoroughly clean it before you use platinum silicone rubber.

tin compounds )
2 .Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
3. Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
4 .Pewter solder flux.
SHELF LIFE:
8-10 months when stored under 24℃ in original unopened packages.
