GS-A20 platinum cure silicone rubber for tyre mold making
GS-A20 is addition silicone rubber. It is two component ,flexible and good flowalibity.translucent , no smell ,non-toxic,the shrinkage is lower than 0.1% ,and it has a higher tear&tensile strength ,It is suitable to make tyre mold making, soap mould , candle mould , chocolate mould , cake mould ,fondant mold ,candy mold.The hardness of GS-A20 is softer than GS-A20.So,if your size is very small or it is complicated ,we suggest A20 will be the best.Besides, the GS-A20 addition silicone is Eco-friendly food grade , it can resist high temperature 240 centigrade without deformation.
If the size of soap ,candle is a little big , you can choose to use GS-A25 with hardness of 25 shore A, it is a little harder than GS-A20. As known , higher hardness is better for big size mold.

Operation instuction:
1,weigh the silicone rubber and catalyst with the ratio of 100:3.(If you need to add ur own pigment , pls add the pigment into the silicone as ratio 0.5%)
2,Stiring them evently , then transfer them to the vacuum machine to release the bubble.
3, Pls clean your product before you pour or brush the silione rubber on your product .If your product is very complicated , you can spray some release agent on your product before pour silicone.
4,After 3~4 hours ,the silicone rubber will be dried fully , then you can demould it .
Note:
Pls kindly avoid to mix with the material as below. As this model is platinum cure silicone ,if it mixed with the below material ,it may cause that the silicone rubber will be not cured or it will be uncured fully. So, if your tools has used for condensation silicone , pls do remember thoroughly clean it before you use platinum silicone rubber.

tin compounds )
2 .Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials.
3. Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials.
4 .Pewter solder flux.
